Jennifer Lawrence On Being Criticized for Her Body

Hollywood may finally stop shaming Jennifer Lawrence for her body after the Hunger Games femme fatale has spoken about the number of times she had been advised to lose weight for her movies. She is also gotten the spotlight for her eating habits. But during the Comic Con press even, she finally thinks she is famous enough that the industry would no longer care about her weight. She was recently a subject of a joke by a male cast member saying that she was an old lady by Hollywood standards. Does this mean she isn't fit enough to nail the role of an action hero. Yet, Jennifer Lawrence is positive that after her kickass role in the Hunger Games series she will still continue to get bold roles telling a reporter that it is risky.

She then added, "I'm trying this new thing where I have a filter. And right now I'm dancing on, well, this could blow people's hair back-in a good way-or it could also be my last time at Comic-Con."

The 24-year old who is also famous for her candidness said at Comic Con, "I had a conversation with somebody about the struggles with weight in the industry-I know that's something I talk nonstop about. And they were saying, 'All of the main movie stars aren't very underweight.' I said, 'Yeah, because once you get to a certain place, people will hire you. They just want you to be in the movie, so they don't care.'"

"It's more about the struggle for actors and actresses who have not made it to a certain place, and there's a lot of pressure," she added. Then she stated that she is already at a point in her career where she is no longer being criticized about her body as much as she was used too especially after she was cast in the movies like The Hunger Games and The X-Men.
