The French Style villa was built in 1986 and the Asian action star bought the property for $3 million. After nearly a decade of living in the property, he sold it for 6.3 million. It has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms and also features other high-end amenities like a cabana with a built-in barbeque and a gourmet kitchen.

The home sits on about 13 acres of land and it is located at 1705 Green Acres Drive. The outdoor area also has a dining area and a swimming pool, which includes a spa and waterfall feature. The estate is also marked with a circular court with a fountain and features a two-story entry.
