'Supernatural' Season 11 Spoilers: Comic-Con 2015 Panel Highlights - Castiel to Unite With the Boys Against the Big Bad

The cast and writers attended the Comic-Con 2015 event and fans were treated with some "Supernatural" Season 11 spoilers. According to Hollywood Reporter, the panel was moderated by "Supernatural" guest stars Richard Speight Jr. and Rob Benedict. The cast and writers of the show also looked back on Season 10's controversial death of Charlie (Felicia Day).

Showrunner Jeremy Carver said in the event that they are really proud of the previous season. Jensen Ackles (Dean) also added that getting rid of the Mark of Cain was just the first step, and this season, they will have to deal with the decisions that they made from the previous season.

They both emphasized that in Season 11, the brothers are going to be united just like in the earlier seasons. The panel members also confirmed that the brothers will be helped by Misha Collins (Castiel), and they added that his relationship with the brothers will be solid for the next season.

In Season 10, the Winchesters brothers were dealing with their own individual problems. Dean was a demon and had to fight the effects of the Mark of Cain, and Sam (Jared Padalecki) went down a dark path of his own to try to save his brother.

According to IGN, executive producer Jeremy Carver revealed that Season 11 will bring the brothers back together to fight Darkness. He also added that this year, there will be more of the Big Bad and it will be a sort of a quest for the brothers.

Carver also teased that there will be a few fan favorites to return this season; however, he did not reveal who and when these characters are coming back. Writer Andrew Dabb also added that they have something special for their viewers on Season 11 episode 4, which he described as "will be really fun."

"Supernatural" Season 11 will air on October 7.
