The London penthouse is up for grabs at a hefty price of £35 million. It was the same luxurious pad that served as home to famous stars including Rihanna and Tom Cruise.
Acclaimed as one of the "largest and finest lateral apartments in the capital," the pad has six bedrooms with bathrooms, gym, cinema, music room and a therapy room. Its master's bedroom has its own Jacuzzi, The Mirror reports. Another point of interest of the property is its perfect views over Hyde Park.
Inside the penthouse, there is a fully equipped Swarovski crystal-lined bar and a seating area in its music room. There's also a dining area and lounge seating with fireplace and TV.
"This is arguably the most luxurious penthouses currently on the market in Knightsbridge, providing 10,000 sq/ft of living space and rare aspect views over Hyde Park," Peter Wetherell, chief executive of Wetherell estate agents, said, according to The Nation.
From 2012 to 2015, the lavish celebrity home for sale was rented by Pinewood Studios where famed Hollywood stars including Tom Cruise and Rihanna lived whenever they were in London filming movies or performing shows. Although it is not unknown how much they paid to live there, insiders believe that it was around £50,000 per week.
Aside from the focal point of the property's interior, the penthouse has a massive lateral space that often takes several duplexes and triplexes. The property also has conventional exteriors but modern interiors and finishes.
The six-bedroom penthouse was a former 19th-century apartment owned by a non-London-based owner. It was remodeled by popular interior designer Paul Davies London. Today, the celebrity home for sale is reportedly one of London's expensive flats. Wetherell believes the property's "huge lateral space" is its strongest selling point.
