The two stars are now proud owners of a 5,758 square foot home in the Rancho Estates neighborhood of Encino, reports Forbes. The gated house, which sits on a cul-de-sac, has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house was built in 1935 and has an open floor plan that features an oversized entry and spacious living areas.
The living room boasts of a unique open hearth that is sure to make nights cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is adorned with white marble countertops and is filled with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The Encino estate features a large breakfast area, a home gym and even a cute playroom for kids. Goodwin and Dallas' master suite has its own fireplace, a spa-like bath and a large walk-in closet. The room also has pitched ceilings and a French door that leads out to a balcony.
While the inside of the house may be stylish but the outside is just as divine. The house boasts of an outdoor area surrounded by pine trees and lush greenery. It is the perfect place to host pool parties given its large sitting area, outdoor bar, built-in barbeque and a saltwater pool.
Goodwin was born in Memphis and starred in various movie projects such as "Mona Lisa Smile," "Walk the Line," "He's Just Not That Into You," and "Something Borrowed." The actress is also best known for her "Big Love" character Margene Heffman. Meanwhile, Dallas debuted on the small screen in the 2006 series "Ultimate Force." His first movie project was with the 2008 film "80 minutes." In 2011, Dallas landed the role of Fandral in the Marvel hero film "Thor." The couple's combined net worth, according to Celebrity Net Worth, is $8 million.
