His recent partnership with JMH Development's luxurious boutique resulted in the Three Hundred Collins condominium in Miami, Beach's rarefied South-of-Fifth neighborhood as reported by miami.curbed.com.
The luxurious condominium contains amenities such as a pool, a garden, classy lobby and even a 24 hour doorman. The unit cost 1.2 million dollars. The condo has a veranda that gives a breathtaking view of the horizon and New York's skyline. The kitchen area consists of wooden stools, classy chandelier, metallic table and hardwood floors. The other parts of the house also contains marble type floors.
The bathroom is of pure elegance. It has a bath tub with elegant walls. The pool deck has amazing view of the skyline. It has white sofas and chairs on the side. The building is refined in its own way. It has 19 units in total. The living room contains a big painting pinned on the wall.
