Vin Diesel fans won't want to miss a chance in watching his new upcoming action-adventure fantasy film "The Last Witch Hunter" that will be shown this October 23, 2015. Posters were just released at Comic-Con showing different character transformations of the 47-year-old Diesel playing his character as Kaulder, one wherein he is sitting in a throne with a long beard holding a spear and surely, the would-be favorite of the fans, the clean-shaven Diesel.
Hollywood Life also indicates Diesel's character playing an immortal witch-warrior named Kaulder who has been hunting for 800 years battling 13th-century Europe to modern-day New York City. He is in charge of saving the humanity from a disastrous plague that would attack the modern-day city. His character coincides with a good witch, played by Rose Leslie.
The story goes that Kaulder was cursed for immortality after slaying the Queen Witch, and through this, a curse was set upon him and making him separated from his family. He soon battles witches but the greatest fight will soon come as the Queen Witch has been resurrected.
According to the article of Hollywood Life, its Director Breck Eisner said, "Vin's character has inextricably shaped the history that we live with today-and nobody knows it." "We posit the battle between witches and humans began with the Black Plague, an incredibly powerful global curse by witches."
Entertainment Weekly also listed a site wherein curious fans of Diesel can check out more details about his character, Kaulder, The Axe and Cross.
IB Times also indicated that Diesel excitedly announced last month the distribution of future sequels of "The Last Witch Hunter."
"The Last Witch Hunter" is based on the series, "The Axe and Cross." Along with Diesel, the casts of the movie are Rose Leslie, Elijah Wood, and Michael Caine. It will hit theaters Oct. 23, 2015.
