‘Dragon Age: Inquisition’ DLC: Patch 8 Arrives Before Third DLC, Features Save Importer Function & Multiplayer Nightmare Difficulty Challenge With Rare Weapons

Game developer Bioware has recently released a patch update to the "Dragon Age: Inquisition" video game. Patch 8 reportedly brings a host of updates such as a new multiplayer challenge and the Save Importer feature, which will enable gamers to move a single-player game and multiplayer data to new gaming consoles, Master Herald said on Tuesday.

According to Master Herald, included in Patch 8 is a tutorial level which will serve as a comprehensive gaming guide to both veteran players and newbies in the video game. One of the highlights of the reported patch is a so-called "Save Importer" function, which provides gamers flexibility to move all gaming data from old console platform to a new one.

Patch 8 also features "Nightmare Difficulty," a multiplayer challenge packed with rare high-level weapons reportedly sourced from the Avvar clan. The "Nightmare Difficulty" was integrated in the latest video game update due to overwhelming request from gamers.

According to related news from VC Post, gamers can also access Proving Grounds, which was an added feature in the "Dragon Age: Inquisition" video game. This allow gamers to use and test class and abilities and apparently engage in a multiplayer battle. Players can directly access the "Proving Grounds" feature through a class-selection screen and play various multiplayer characters with a team of Artificial Intelligence bots.

"If you're looking to ease your way into multiplayer, look no further than the Proving Grounds! Whether you're trying multiplayer for the first time or want to test out a new character or weapon, the Proving Grounds is the perfect environment to get your feet wet. The Proving Grounds begin with a guided experience to help you familiarize yourself with multiplayer. A team of AI-controlled agents will accompany you on your mission-at a reduced difficulty level to introduce gameplay mechanics without leaving you feeling overwhelmed," said Bioware in a statement as quoted in the same website.
