Escaped Mexican Drug Cartel Boss Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Threatens Donald Trump

The escaped Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman threatens presidential hopeful and American businessman Donald Trump over the latter's comment about Mexico, Daily Mail reported. The powerful head of the Sinaloa Cartel made a daring escape on Saturday and is on the run from Altiplano jail, outside Mexico City.

Trump during an interview did not minced his words when he said that Mexico has brought the drug dealers and rapists inside the country. With this statement, Trump received mixed reactions but got a deadly one from the billionaire drug mogul.

Via social media Twitter, Guzman said that he (Trump) will eat his words, following his escape from the prison. The escaped convict also fired shots at Mexican President Enrique Pena by telling him that he should not be called delinquent because he gave people work unlike him, in which he ended his tweet by addressing the president as a coward politician.

Guzman also said that his rival, El Chabelo, the head of the other cartel Zetas should be put to rest as well. El Chabelo is currently incarcerated and was responsible for Guzman's imprisonment.

This is not Guzman's first time to escape the maximum penitentiary as he escaped before by hiding inside the prison's laundry basket. In his second and most recent escape, a very sophisticated tunnel was dug right below the prison shower block. The tunnel includes contained air vents, electric lights, emergency oxygen tanks - and even a motorbike on rails to speed his escape, according to a related report by Daily Mail.

The escape tunnel finally ends up in an abandoned house, adjacent to the prison, where fresh clothes are waiting for the convicted drug lord.

Guzman was born in a poor family in Sinaloa, Mexico. He began leading crime syndicates in Mexico in the 1980s and worked his way up until he became the head of the snake of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel. His activities are believed to stretch from Mexico to the Northern America to Canada to Europe and Asia.

Up until this writing, the whereabouts of the drug lord is yet to be determined.
