According to the news reported by Seattle Curbed, the asking price of the 1915 Ravenna House was $975K. Surprisingly, it was sold for $1.175M last week, which was $200,000 higher than the asking price.
According to a report from Kiro TV, the listing agent of the property is Cassie Daughtrey of Sotheby's International. She said in her statement, "It's an insane purchase, not to see it, to me." She also said the buyers based their offer on photos online and videos. She strongly added, "But I've never had anyone make that decision based on Face Time or a video. It's more than a million dollars on something you haven't seen."
The colonial-type-style house lies in a 6,588 square-foot lot land area and was built back in the year 1915, according to an Estately report, It offers a 2,900 square-foot interior measurement.
