"General Hospital" spoilers on Monday, July 20 from She Knows Soaps indicate that Laura will overhear a conversation about the real identity of Jake as Jason. How will Laura's discovery affect Jake now that his son Jason is back in town? Will Laura use it to her advantage?
Carly, on the other hand, will bring Josslyn to the hospital to try and check whose kidneys were used in the transplant. Dillon will also offer Tracy a word of advice about Luke after finding out that the latter had a reason for leaving her to go with Laura. Tracy, however, will realize that she needs to get over Luke and playing around with Paul isn't a bad option.
