Will Smith's former property in Kauaia's North Store in Hawaii is listed in the market worth $29.5 million, as reported from an article of Curbed.
The article added that Will Smith bought the 28-acre property in 2009 for $13.5 million. Two years later, the "The Pursuit of Happyness" actor sold the house for $20 million to Dmitry Rybolovlev who then gave it to his daughter Ekaterina Rybolovleva, the heiress of the Russian oligarch.
In an article from The Wall Street Journal, the house is approximately has 2,200-square feet of floor space with three bedrooms, a screened-in lanai, a swimming pool, a pool house, and a gym. The article added that the property has three additional building sites.

The article from The Wall Street Journal also mentioned that the house became the subject of a lawsuit in 2013 filed by Mr. Dmitry Rybolovlev's estranged wife who alleged that Mr. Dmitry Rybolovlev purchased the house to protect the money and to win in their divorce but Mr. Rybolovlev denied the allegations. Also, the Hawaii lawsuit and the appeal have since then been dismissed.
