Hilary Swank is asking for $20,000 a month to rent her Manhattan apartment, as reported by Zillow. In a report from Women's Weekly, the house is located at 400 West 12th Street #16A.

The article from Zillow added that the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a master bathroom with spa. In addition, the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower and the Hudson River can be seen from the house.

The actress purchased the 1,500-square-foot house for $3.64 million in 2009, as reported in an article from Women's Weekly. The article added that the apartment has a full-time concierge, a gym, and a part room.

The building has bike room, children's playroom, an elevator, and a parking available, as mentioned in a listing from Street Easy. The listing added that a large entry gallery leads to a corner living room with floor to ceiling windows, the top of the kitchen opens to the living room, and there are two bedrooms with a line marble bathroom.
