Andrew O'Connor Net Worth: ‘Peep Show’ Co-creator to Sell Off LA Home

British producer and co-creator of the "Peep Show" Andrew O'Connor sold his Los Angeles home located at the Brentwood Park neighborhood for a whopping $13.177 million.

The property's deal was already completed months ago but the transaction was only discovered recently, reports Variety.   Apparently, the British writer and producer's Los Angeles mansion was sold after only one week in the market.  The impressive home which measures 10,300 square feet, was built in 2010 and features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 3 half baths.  The house has a double-height center hall entry with an elegant staircase that opens to several living spaces such as a formal living and dining rooms. 

O'Connor's house also boasts of 20 foot ceilings, towering wall windows and a second floor gallery.  The house has a panelled office/library that features several built-in bookshelves, along with two laundry rooms and an elevator. Multiple fireplaces are scattered all throughout the house, including the office/library and the family room.

The kitchen is a dream spot for any homemaker as it comes fully equipped with high-grade kitchen appliances and various culinary tools to delight any chef.  The impressive mansion has a game room which also serves as a media lounge.  Wine connoisseurs will also fall in love with the temperature controlled walk-in wine cellar with wet bar.  Meanwhile, the master suite has its own private pergola-shaded terrace, a built in window seat and raised ceilings.  The master bath features a two-person soaking tub set below a huge round window and three-sided glass-enclosed shower.  The house also has a large pool and a detached 2-car garage.

Andrew O'Connor has created, produced and directed several television series which includes "Peep Show," and "Derren Brown."   In an interview with the Independent U.K., O'Connor said that the two shows are some of his proudest achievements in life.  The "Peep Show" garnered a Bafta nomination and was awarded a Golden Rose. 

The British producer also serves as the managing director for Objective Productions.
