Former Hannah Montana Actress has done it again, currently creating a buzz on social media and making a headline on entertainment news everywhere. Miley Cyrus is now making a noise after she was chosen to be the host for MTV's Video Music Awards which is set next month. Being a good crowd catcher that she is, Cyrus broke the internet by making one of the most awesome announcement which was reported by Access Hollywood .
The 22-year-old pop star is making a comeback to the Video Music Awards this year not as a performer but as a host. Cyrus will be hosting MTV's Video Music Awards, after 2 years of running the show without a host. Miley confirmed these speculations on her Instagram post dressed as an alien with a huge sign "MTV won't let me perform" with another photo, taking her mask off stating "so I'm hosting this year's VMAs." Along with the Instagram photo was also her tweet stating:
@mileycyrus : "Fu-k yeah VMAs!!!! #VMAs on @MTV Aug 30 at 9pm
Cyrus caused a stir in her audience during her performance on VMAs last 2013 when she twerked against the "Lost without You" singer Robin Thicke while waving around a giant foam finger and sticking her tongue out while performing her hit songs "We can't stop" and "Blurred Lines"- in collaboration with Thicke.
Cyrus later on returned to the VMAs on 2014, creating a buzz when she bought her homeless date "Jesse". This was the year when she won the Best Video of the Year for her song "Wrecking Ball" in which she dedicated the award to her date to raise awareness for the homeless teens in Los Angeles, California.
MTV's Video Music Awards would be held at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles and is set to air live on August 30, 2015 at 9p.m. Eastern Time on MTV.
