'8 Simple Rules' Reunion - Kaley Cuoco Sweeting And Her On Screen Siblings Reunite To Remember Sitcom Dads

Kaley Cuoco Sweeting, Amy Davidson, and Martin Spanjers had a mini reunion as they remember their 8 Simple Rules father and grandfather John Ritter and Jason Garner. The three siblings reminisced their beloved onscreen fathers by creating souvenirs such as framed pictures of their 8 Simple Rules family with captions of "Grandkids" and "Love".

8 Simple Rules debuted on ABC on September 2002 and ended in 2005. The concept and story were derived from the book called 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter: And other tips from a beleaguered father (not that any of them work). John Ritter died on September 2003 and the series moved on while incorporating his death with the story. Jason Garner on the other hand died July of the last year. The sibling stars shared their sentimental reunion on Instagram with captions:

"#8simplerules siblings all growed up forever attached at the hip with these two!@martinspanjers @amy_davidson #johnritter#grandpagarner we miss you every day!"

"Today was pretty magical :) siblings for life #8simplerules #grandpagarner"

Kaley has gone a long way from being in her teenager role in the sitcom. It has been 10 years since the TV show has concluded and Kaley has become a bigger star than she has been. She is now known as Penny in the hit TV series The Big Bang Theory where she was nominated multiple times by Teen Choice Awards. Recently, she won as the Favorite Comedic TV Actress for the same TV show by the People's Choice Awards.

Amy Davidson has appeared in many other shows after 8 Simple Rules including Little Talent Show, The Capture of the Green River Killer, Tia & Tameta, and in 2015, Better Call Saul.

Martin Spanjers also continued his career after 8 Simple Rules. He appeared in Good Luck Charlie, 90210, and Spring Break '83.
