How Does the Chipotle Diet Affect Your Body? Two Men Eat it Consistently For Several Days

Two men have consumed Chipotle for more than 100 days. The first one, Andrew Hawryluk, took on the challenge as a Lent diet but went on with it while Mark Rantal saw it as a cheer-up food.

According to Business Insider, the Chipotle restaurant has been dominating the food industry in the United States recently. One of its greatest achievements is having loyal customers who come back to their restaurant chain... even for several days; more than 100 days to be exact.

Andrew Hawryluk, a 23-year old animator from Los Angeles, has been consuming Chipotle for over 153 days straight. He even has receipts to prove that he has been consistently acquiring the food at the restaurant! Also, he has been documenting his journey on his very own website called "Chipotlife".

The benefits of the food were apparently to his advantage as he posted a photo of himself with a fit physique. Clearly, it's one good healthy choice of diet for him.

According to him, he has spent $1,567 on Chipotle alone and has no plans on stopping the said diet. He started consuming Chipotle when he jokes about it to his brother as a Lent diet. However, when Lent was over, he enjoyed it so much that he did not plan on pursuing a different diet altogether. He even referred to the food as "Mexican sushi".

On other news, there is also one man who has consumed Chipotle for over 109 days straight. This man is named as Mark Rantal. According to Eater, Rantal, a graphic artist and improve comedian resides at Colorado Springs, Colorado. He decided to eat Chipotle for lunch every single day.

According to Rantal, the said diet is like fuel for him. He has gotten so into it that he orders the same thing every day for lunch, ordering a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, fajitas, sofritas, mild salsa, corn, medium salsa, cheese and then lettuce. He thinks that it is a joyful experience to eat at the restaurant and that everyone should enjoy the healthy meal just like he does.

What do you think? Is the Chipotle diet a perfect diet choice for you? Would you be able to endure the said meals for more than a hundred days just like Mark Rantal and Andrew Hawryluk? Post your comments below.
