Restored Brentwood House by Lloyd Wright Sells for $5.3 million

A Brentwood House which was designed by Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright, is now on sale for $5.295 million, as reported on Curbed. The house is located at 12036 Benmore Terrace, Los Angeles, California. The article mentioned that the house was built in 1936 and was sold in 2007 for $3.875 million.

The article added that the 3,161 square feet house has original cypress doors and panels, restored Brazilian walnut wood flooring, and stone fireplaces. In addition, the house has four bedrooms, a recently remodeled kitchen with appliances, a center island, and own skylight, and a backyard with blue pathways, a fountain of the Mayan pyramids, and a koi pond.

Both listings from Estately and Zillow described the house having an open floor plan with indoor and outdoor living space, a Texas limestone, bluestone terracing and pathways, and casement windows and doors. The description added that the Chef's kitchen has a large center island, six burner Wold oven, double SubZero refrigerator and freezer, skylight and large service pantry. The outdoor space has a landscaping and a stream that flow over a half-acre of land.

In the listing from Estately, the two storey house has three bathrooms and one half bathroom, a breakfast area, and a garage parking. The listing added that the house 14 rooms with a patio, a dining room, a master bedroom, a den or office, a walk-in closet, a fireplace located in Family room, Living room, and Master bedroom, and a driveway.

Appliances are included such as dishwasher, freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, range or oven and refrigerator, as mentioned in the listing from Zillow. The listing added that the lot has 0.46 acres.

In addition, the listing from Zillow added that the walls are attached, the heating type of the house is the central furnace, and the floor material is made of stone.
