Amy Schumer Future Hollywood A-Lister Due To 'TrainWreck' Success

It's no wonder that Amy Schumer might be the next screen favorite and will line up to be the next Hollywood A-lister! Opening strongly at $30.2 million last weekend was the debut of her first major screen role in "Trainwreck."

"This is the birth of a new film star." From Variety, Phil Contrino, VP and Chief Analyst of BoxOffice said "She's going to get tons of offers. This puts her in the same realm as Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig."

The raunchy comedic lines of Schumer really is a hard-hitter for many audiences. Schumer actually wrote the script for the movie "Trainwreck." Her role in the movie was a career-driven journalist who doesn't believe in relationship commitments due to the obscure home upbringing of a womanizer dad until she meets one of her writing assignments, Bill Hader.

So what's the secret for Amy's comedy? Amy said regarding her style, "I think what's unique and different about me it seems that I am pretty close to 100 percent authentic. Like I say what I'm really thinking, as much as you're aloud. And sometimes more than that. But I think, yeah I feel I kinda of snuck in the back door and pretty soon people are going to ask me to leave. But I'm really going to enjoy it while I'm in here," from an article from king5.

The movie's continuing success is also due to the varied casts like Bill Hader, Colin Quinn, Tilda Swinton, Brie Larson, Lebron James, and John Cena. But it was a revelation that Lebron was hilarious as well playing Hader's bestfriend.

The movie was directed by Judd Apatow and "Trainwreck" was his second grossing debut as a director. His movie "Knocked Up" earned $30.69 on its debut.

More so, due to "Trainwreck" current standing, we might see more of Amy Schumer in the future. Really, we can't help it. Amidst her raunchy comics, she's a natural.

Better see the movie to catch-up with the chats and stories. "Trainwreck" opened in cinemas last July 17, 2015.
