"Dance Moms" Season 6 is still up in the air following controversies surrounding the show, its producers and the network. Abby Lee Miller has previously refused to return for another season of the Lifetime reality series, stating that the network is "a little in arrears on their payment plan."
Following Miller's controversial statement against Lifetime, it seems like more and more girls have also expressed uncertainty over returning for "Dance Moms" Season 6. Maddie Ziegler, who has previously starred in Sia's music videos for "Elastic Heart" and "Chandelier," has seemingly found her true interest in the industry and shared her thoughts in an interview with Elle.
The 12-year-old star recently appeared in the ABC Family series "Pretty Little Liars," wherein Ziegler expressed hope in returning to the show in the future.
"But hopefully I'll get to go back on the show, because it's my favorite... I don't even care if I'm an extra, I just want to go back!"
While Ziegler has expressed interest in doing more acting roles in the future, she also admitted that she would always have a place in her heart for dance competitions.
