The International 2015 prize pool to date has already reached a jaw-dropping $17,225,576 and still growing. That is more than $7 million higher than the prize pool of last year's International Dota 2 Tournament and higher than the prize pool of the 4 previous tournaments combined. The final prize pot has already been revealed and surely each player of the Champion team will walk away with more than $1 million.

The main event will run for 6 days starting on August 3 through August 8, 2015. It will be held at the KeyArena at Seattle Center and for those who could not come to watch in person there will be live broadcast via www.dota2.com, Pubstomps, YouTube or Twitch. Fourteen invited teams of 5 players from all over the world and two wild card teams will vie for the number one spot and bag the biggest prize money in the history of eSports. The International Dota 2 Championship is the biggest Dota 2 Event held by Valve, the corporation behind this online game. This will be the fifth international tournament. Tickets were sold at $99 all at general admission and tickets are already SOLD OUT.
