While Thorne has arrived in Los Angeles in an attempt to help Aly get better, it turns out his return came a bit too late. Steffy and Ivy are the only ones who knew what happened before the accident, but from the looks of it, the two will refuse to speak about the matter.
"Bold and Beautiful" spoilers for the upcoming week from She Knows Soaps indicate that Steffy will start getting fearful that her secret will be revealed at any moment. After all, only Steffy knows about what happened inside the car. Ivy, on the other hand, knows a thing or two about the incident and will share what she knows to Wyatt.

Thomas will inform Caroline that he is here to stay, but Caroline will tell him that she wants to be with Ridge.
Other B&B spoilers reveal that Brooke and Deacon will begin talking for the first time since their daughter, Hope tried to stop his wedding with Quinn from taking place. Quinn will start to get jealous once again when she sees them talking together.
