Palazzo di Amore or the "Palace of Love" is situated in Los Angeles measuring up to 25 acres and the property includes a 35,000-square-foot Mediterranean styled home, a 50-seater theater, 27 garage that can park 150 cars is now listed as the most expensive residential property in the US. The property costs $195 million and is owned by Jeff Greene who is a billionaire real estate entrepreneur who has a net worth of $3 billion as of July 23, 2015 according to Forbes.
Jeff Greene bought the property for $35 million in 2007 from Mishaal K. Adham, a Saudi Arabian businessman, while it is still undergoing construction. Greene spent another $25 million on the property's renovations and has said according to The Wall Street "Honestly, I didn't think it was going to be this much work."
The property's villa according to Dailymail was conceived from the development of Architect Bob Ray Offenhauser, Designer Alberto Pint and Mohamed Hadid (who is ex-husband of Real House Wives of Beverley Hills' Yolanda Hadid Foster).
Future owner of this magnificent expensive property might need not just $195 million but a lot more $ to maintain this vast property.
Palazzo di Amore according to Telegraph includes a 128-foot pool, a 15,000-square-foot entertainment compound that contains a bowling alley, a ballroom, a theatre with 50-seating capacity with a revolving dance floor.
It also has a 5,000-square-foot master suite and a separate guest home with 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms and a vineyard that has a wine store which includes 3000 wine bottle selection, a cellar with over 1000 bottles and a tasting room.
The property since September 2014 was available for rent costing at $475k per month.
The property is being handled by Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula of Coldwell Bankers Previews International, according to The Wall Street Journal, the price of $195 million is based on comparing smaller properties that costs $100 million.
