The finale of the first season of the show raised intrigues and questions, and now, there are a lot to be revealed in the upcoming Season 2 of "How To Get Away With Murder." According to Christian Today, the murderer of Rebecca Sutter (Katie Findlay) might be revealed sooner than expected.
In the Season 1 finale, Rebecca's boyfriend, one of Annalise's (Viola Davis) interns, Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch), discovered the series of lies Rebecca told them about the night Lila was murdered. Wes then decided to bring Rebecca to Annalise's home so that he and his co-interns could push her to tell the truth.
However, it was eventually revealed that neither Sam (Tom Verica) nor Rebecca killed Lila (Megan West) and that and it was Frank (Charlie Weber), one of Annalise's staff, who actually did it. It turned out that Sam ordered him to do the dirty work for him.
After the truth about Lila's death was revealed, another mystery came out when Annalise and Frank found Rebecca lying on the ground, dead in Annalise's basement. According to numerous reports, Rebecca's murderer will be revealed during the premiere episode of Season 2. Now fans are speculating that the murderer could be Frank, Annalise or Rebecca's boyfriend Wes.
Meanwhile, International Business Times revealed that a new character will add to the chaos in the new season. Kendrick Sampson, who played the role of the human-turned-vampire Jesse in the show "The Vampire Diaries," was recently cast as a new character in the season. The show is still mum about the actor's role but it was speculated that he is one of Rebecca's friends whom she contacted while she was at Annalise's home.
According to earlier reports, Pete Nowalk revealed in an interview that a new character will be joining the team and will add an interesting plot to the existing characters' lives. "How To Get Away With Murder" will return for Season 2 on September 24 at 10 p.m.
