"Orange is the New Black" star Ruby Rose recently revealed how starstruck she was when she saw co-star Laura Prepon for the first time. The actress also weighed in on gender reassignment surgery.
In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Rose revealed that at a young age, she has already set her mind on undergoing gender reassignment surgery. "I had this jar that I would pledge dollars towards this surgery that I didn't really know a lot about. I think I'd seen a daytime documentary or something on Oprah and I was like, 'That's what I'm going to do.' And so I started saving from probably the age of five."
Rose also revealed that her mom was very much supportive of her decision to look more like a man. At a young age she started shaving her hair and her mom reportedly approved as long as she was happy.
Meanwhile, according to Warl, Rose said that she was mesmerized when she saw Prepon for the first time ever. Even though Rose became the breakout star on the third season of "Orange is the New Black," the Australian actress has a high regard for the original cast members of the Netflix series.
On "Orange is the New Black," Rose plays the role of Stella, one of the inmates. Her character has been linked with Alex and Taylor Schilling, who plays the role of Piper.
In other news, the upcoming fourth season of "Orange is the New Black" will see more of Stella. As of late, it has already been confirmed that some new inmates will be cast to join the upcoming season. It is also unclear whether or not Matt McGorry's character John Bennett will resurface in the upcoming installment.
"Orange is the New Black" Season 4 will premiere on Neftlix in June 2016.
