The article added that the penthouse has been owned by Donald Trump when he converted the building to condos in 2002. In 2013, the house was listed for $35 million and this year, it was down to $25 million, before selling it to $21 million, as the article mentioned.
Although he owned the house, real estate listing agent Michelle Griffith mentioned that he never lived in the penthouse, as mentioned in an article from The Wall Street Journal. The article also mentioned that the 6,200 square-foot penthouse has 10- foot ceilings, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a powder room.

The video said that the penthouse has a 360 degree view of Park Avenue City, a master suite with two full bathrooms and three walk-in closet while the kitchen has a large marble center island, a sub zero refrigerator, a butler's pantry with wine cooler, and five walk-in closet. The penthouse has an own laundry room.
In a listing from Street Easy, the Trump Park Avenue has 124 units, 31 storey, and was built in 2002. The article added that the building has concierge, doorman, elevator, garage parking, gym, laundry in building, and a valet.
In addition, the article from The Wall Street Journal reported that the selling of the property is not related to Trump's presidential campaign. The article also mentioned that there was an offer to rent the floor-through apartment for more than $80,000 a month before Donald Trump decided to sell it.
