"Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler will reportedly stop working with her good friend Sia because she would like to focus more on her modeling career. In a recent interview with The New York Post, Ziegler talked about her newest partnership with "Dancing With the Stars" alum Betsey Johnson and the latter's clothing line under Capezio.
According to the young professional dancer, she's extremely happy with the collaboration because Capezio is reflective of her personality. The 12-year-old reality TV star added that she's extremely happy to take advantage of opportunities where she can wear cute clothes because it's not every day that she gets to do so.
"The collection is so fun and cute for, like, dance wear, but also to wear outside the studio. I don't always get to wear fashion, because I'm always in gym clothes, so when I get to try really cute things, I take advantage and go all out," she said.
Meanwhile, with Ziegler's recent successes come multiple rumors that she will be leaving the Lifetime reality TV show "Dance Moms." Some critics are also suggesting that Ziegler will no longer work with Sia because of her busy schedule.
According to OK! Magazine, Ziegler previously hinted that she might not return to "Dance Moms" Season 6 because everyone is still unsure of the show's fate. "We just finished filming season 5. I'm not sure what's going to happen for season 6. I don't know if I'm going to do it or not, so it just depends," she said at that time.
Ziegler previously starred in three of Sia's music videos, namely, "Chandelier," "Elastic Heart" and "Big Girls Cry." Since then, the young dancer gained popularity and has graced the cover of several publications.
Ziegler has also performed in a number of television shows like "Dancing With the Stars," "The Ellen Show" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" She was also included in one episode of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6.
