Game developer CD Projekt Red has recently announced a new DLC for its role-playing video game, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." The reported DLC features a new finishing animation style for Geralt of Rivia. The company has announced this development via Twitter last week, a report from Master Herald said on Monday.
According to Master Herald, the recent DLC is the second installment of DLC for the "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" video game. It reported that the new DLC will not really make a big change in Geralt's movements. However, it emphasized that Geralt will have new movements in finishing his opponents with "flair and style."
In a similar report from Tech Times, Geralt of Rivia's reportedly new finisher animation is expected to be available as free DLC for "The Witcher 3" on all platforms, which will commence this week, as revealed in the game's Twitter account.
"Coming later this week: "New Finisher Animations" the 15th FREE DLC. One more to go. What could it be? #TheWitcher," reads the announcement with an attached teaser photo of the video game's main character Geralt of Rivia and another character appearing to be in fierce fight.
The report categorically stated that Geralt's new finishing moves will be "epic" with the new free DLC that will be rolled out soon. It added that the new DLC for Geralt's character is the 15th piece of free DLC that will be released by CD Projekt Red.
It can be recalled that CD Projekt Red has previously announced its plan to roll out 16 new free downloadable contents for its video game. The company has earlier released free DLCs for its game, which includes alternative looks for characters, new quests and armor sets for Yennefer, Triss and Ciri.
Gamespot said that CD Projekt Red is in talks about the game's upcoming paid expansions, which supposedly features a return of a character from "The Witcher 1." It also reported that the company will be able to release add-ons for its video game, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."
