Beck has Santa Monica home listed
According to Zillow, the singer listed his $2.711 million 4-bedroom, 4-bath Tudor after paying for it in February. The property now is back on the market for $2.795 million. For Beck, the home was not a primary residence. The American singer-songwriter owns another place in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. This makes him look like a flipper.
Beck was the big winner at this year's Grammy Awards, taking home the trophy for Album of the Year for the soothing collection "Morning Phase."
Taraji P. Henson home is on the rental market
Taraji P. Henson is celebrating in the big L.A. house she has recently transferred to after a fresh Emmy nomination for best actress in a drama for a role as Cookie Lyon in the smash cable hit entitled "Empire". The home she left behind in San Fernando is on the rental market making her a landlord.
The 1,400-square-foot stucco home where Henson lived for 10 years is now listed on the market for $3,400 a month. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is tidy and neat with an in-ground pool, but everybody can understand her decision to move on after scoring big roles in hit television series.

Now the couple is looking to list their 4,100-square-foot large New York City loft in the market. The condo at 30 Crosby is listed on the market for $8.75 million. The interior space includes a formal dining room, a library and huge kitchen connected to a wing that has 3 bedrooms. But surely, they won't be homeless as the couple had also famously bought two estates in two different districts north of NYC.
