"Breaking Bad" fans, you will finally have the chance to live like the "cool" Jesse Pinkman as his luxurious home is up for sale at $1.6M.
But of course, "Meth lab not included", says Coldwell Banker's press release as reported by Today.
The Albuquerque, New Mexico "party and mayhem" house for Award-winning Series "Breaking Bad" was listed Tuesday.
Built by Leon Watson, the two-story Spanish colonial home sits in a quiet street lined with trees. It also showcases four bedrooms with polished hardwood floors, rustic fireplaces, paned windows, and two porches. The 3,500-square-foot abode also entails a refurbished kitchen with the latest heating and cooling technology and up-to-date plumbing and electrical, as mentioned by Dailymail.
"The owners contacted us because we have a reputation for doing real estate in Albuquerque and marking unique properties," Alicia Feil Peterson, an associate broker for Coldwell Banker told TODAY. "They thought that this was definitely going to be a unique opportunity that would appeal to a variety of buyers, not just in our market, but globally."
Though the house is known for many of Jesse's chaotic scenes, Alicia added, "it's a really quiet neighborhood."
Susan, Alicia's mother and an associate broker for Coldwell Banker as well, told Today: ""It's always been fun to watch the episodes and go, 'Oh, my God, that's the restaurant! I was just there the other day!'"
AMC's "Breaking Bad" centered on a high school chemistry teacher, Walter White, who decided to make and sell meth after having been diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer (and his salary can't keep up with the family's expenses). With multiple wins in the Emmys including Outstanding Drama Series in 2013, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (for Bryan Cranston as Walter White), and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (for Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman), "Breaking Bad" had a wonderful run for five seasons. It finally wrapped up in September 2013.
