Sia: New Owner of a Home 'masterpiece' for AU$6.5 million

Sia, an Australian singer- songwriter and popularized the hit single "Chandelier", is finally a home- owner with her 'enchanting' house in Los Feliz, Los Angeles which she bought for $4.7 million and equivalent to AU$6.5 million.

Sia's house is originally built on 1924 and even then, it's always described as a 'masterpiece' and 'enchanting.' The house showcases elegant accents, wood carvings, stained- glass murals, elaborately detailed ceilings and homey ambience. The house clearly reflected its designer's, A.F. Leicht of Angelus Temple architect, style and craft through the house's fanciful designs.

Stepping inside the house is a delight and the house's living room has a sunken sun room that emphasizes the cityscape views. The house itself is letting out a certain vibe that makes the tenant relaxed and at peace. Sia's humble home also contains a fancy dining room, a formal entry, a den, a library / study room, and a billiards room together with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all located within the 465 square meters of lot. The whole façade of her home is like stepping into a fairy tale that go together with its paint that brighten up the whole house. Sia's home not only offers peace but also relaxation as her landscaped grounds have a spa installed.

Sia, aged 39, became a break- through artist with her single "Chandelier" that captured the music industry and the audience worldwide. She also released her sixth album, 1000 Forms of Fear and she is later known as a "pop savant" and an "art-pop superstar." Sia's music separated her from other singers of our generation due to her songs' upbeat tempo, and hip- hop elements while still having emotions from the soul.

According to public records, Sia's new safe haven is sold three years ago for $3.307 million which equates to AU$4.5 million.
