"Grand Theft Auto Online" (GTA Online) gamers are in for treat with Rockstar's "Series A Funding Heist" set to reward players with double RP and GTA cash this week.
GTA Online "Series A Funding Heist" runs from July 27 to August 2, reports Tech Times, with players gaining double amounts of GTA cash and Reputation Points (RP) for each of the set-up missions and finale. The game heist was set up to help GTA Online's Trevor Phillips Industries establish and grow its narcotics business. The heist finale features Elite Challenges which will require the gamer to complete the heist in under six minutes and thirty seconds. Other conditions includes eliminating 75 enemies with none of the player's crew getting killed. The heist finale will also pay out double GTA cash rewards.
The Tech Times report further mentioned that double RP's will help to improve game character skills to complete Elite heist challenges. It is also an efficient way to level up a second game character. The double RP rewards will even help players to quickly gain the reputation of being the best trouble maker in Los Santos.
Meanwhile, Rockstar has also increased the rewards for GTA Online activities which will help gamers level up faster, states Gamespot. Activities eligible for double RPs includes Gang Attacks, specific Deathmatch accomplishments and identified missions. The game developer is also set to offer a special reduced price package for various GTA Online gears and vehicles during the heist week. Rockstar will announce these specially priced items through the company's official social media accounts, such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
This is not the first time that GTA Online featured a double rewards week. Rockstar celebrated the 4th of July holiday weekend with a double rewards program. The recently concluded "Prison Break Heist" also had gamers enjoying the same benefit.
