Tyga Net Worth: Rapper Being Sued For Not Paying $50K For Calabasas Home He Shared with Ex-Blac Chyna

Tyga's net worth of $5 million might soon be affected after the Grammy nominee was sued again for failure to pay the rent. Apparently, Tyga owes his landlord a total of $50k rental fee for the Calabasas home he shared with his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna.

Tyga's landlord apparently warned him that if he won't be able to pay his past dues by Saturday, August 1, he will be forced to pay $833.33 a day in rent, according to TMZ. Blac Chyna was named as another defendant in the case filed by Tyga's landlord since she was also living in the property with their son, King Cairo, during that time.

Tyga has been involved in nonpayment of rent twice already. Earlier in June, he was also sued by his former landlord for his $80k debt. Tyga originally owed $124k for the lease but after settling with the owner, they agreed to the amount of $80k. According to Daily Mail, the rapper, named Michael Nguyen-Stevenson in real life, was given by the judge a strict warning.

The said $6.5M Calabasas home that Tyga rented with his ex-partner lies on a 9,000-square-foot area. It boasts seven beds, a private movie theater, a spa, a basketball court, and a waterfall-laden swimming pool.

The rapper of Vietnamese and Jamaican descent's celebrity name Tyga stands for "Thank You God Always." He quickly reached stardom after releasing his debut rap single, "Coconut Juice." Tyga signed with Universal Republic Records, Cash Money Records, and Young Money Entertainment, and his net worth reportedly skyrocketed since then.

He recorded hit songs such as "Far Away," "Faded," and "Make It Nasty." Apart from his music, the rapper is also actively involved in his own clothing store in Los Angeles called Last Kings. The 25-year-old has also collaborated with well-known artists such as Bow Wow, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Kevin McCall.

Tyga is now romantically involved with the 17-year-old Kylie Jenner. While Tyga is involved in serious legal raps when it comes to nonpayment of rent, his girlfriend had just purchased a $2.7 million mansion.
