Mike Huckabee's Little Rock mansion was initially offered at $850,000 in the market in 2013. Now, after two years, Huckabee is only asking for $674,900 for the property.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion was purchased by the former Governor of Arkansas for $525,000 in 2006. The property measures 6,473 square feet and features a covered patio, a deck, and saltwater pool. A walk-in multiple-head shower plus two large closets are the master bath's main feature, according to Yahoo.
In its exteriors, the mansion has a park-like yard that offers overlooking views of a creek. The property is listed under agents Kathe and Randy Sumbles of Keller Williams, according to Zillow.
Huckabee's net worth has reportedly been a point of interest since he confirmed his desire to run for President. Compared to other candidates, Huckabee's net worth is far behind.
In a New York Times report in 2007, Huckabee's net worth was reported as one of the lowest among the Presidentiables. "His assets valued at less than $700,000, including his retirement benefits as a former Southern Baptist minister. He earned about $150,000 in royalties from his book about his weight loss," the report stated.
Huckabee's earnings was also reported as the least among the 2008 candidates for President, along with Sen. Joe Biden and Sen. Mike Gravel, CNN reports. According to HEAVY, the politician's annual salary of $500,000 makes up for the bulk of Huckabee's net worth, which comes from his book sales, pension, consulting, and show.
