Khloe Kardashian is one the famous reality TV family and is regularly seen in their show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Khloe has been openly updating her fans with her fitness goals and progress. Just recently, Khloe announced that she officially lost 35 pounds off her weight with a lot of hard work and dedication. The Kardashian star shares that "when I'm in L.A I go hard [in the gym] and I've lost about 35 pounds." She also added that "I don't really weigh myself but over time - and I'm not crazy about it - but I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting and once you see results you want to see more." Despite of the celebrity's busy schedule, she always see to it that she will not miss her gym sessions.
In an interview with Australia's radio show hosts of Nova FM, Khloe shares her journey to her fitness goals. She told the hosts that "I've been up since 2.30am because I'm jet lagged and couldn't sleep and I still went to the gym this morning." Her statement really showed dedication which she added with "it wasn't that intense here because I'm still jet lagged, but I make sure that I go and even 30 minutes you feel, okay, I'm good, I feel good about myself and then if you want to eat something you don't feel as bad."

Khloe's progress was greatly noted when she posted a photo in Instagram while posing for Pop Sugar Australia. Her photo showed toned legs and sexy butt while wearing a black one piece swimsuit. Her trainer, Gunnar Peterson commended her dedication for being a gym rat and from staying dedicated. He said that "Khloe's the animal - full on animal in the gym. No complaining, no bitching, no kvetching. Just gets after it."
