Lindsay Lohan 2015: 'Mean Girls' Star Being Sued Again? Personal Assistant Demands Wages Amounting to £3,300

Lindsay Lohan seems to be in trouble again. The "Mean Girls" star was just sued by her former personal assistant at the Central London County Court for not paying wages amounting to £3,300.

Jesse Peckham worked for the troubled actress for three months since she started a lead role at West End debut in David Mamet's "Speed-the-Plow." According to the court papers, Peckham resigned due to Lohan's "insane" demands and mood swings. The actress also insulted him, prompting him to quit his job and end the contract. However, the actress didn't pay his wages, Daily Mail reports.

Sorted Personal Management, the recruitment firm that hired Peckman for Lohan, alleges that the actress' British publicist Beth Morris, was the one who failed to pay Peckham his salary.

Lohan also refuted Peckham's allegations and claimed that those are "wholly untrue." No updates have been made yet regarding the personal assistant suing the actress.

The redhead actress just finished her eight years probation for reckless driving and theft. In a previous interview in London, she once claimed that she's in really good place now and is ready to face a new life.

"I'm blessed to have been able to do a play in London and start a different way of life. You grow up and you change, and I'm really happy about that, as overall I feel a lot better. Moving here was a new start for me."

Last week, while everybody thought that she's really heading for a fresh start, the "Scary Movie" star made a scene in Mykonos, Greece when she intentionally left an unpaid bill in a restaurant. The actress went out with 10 of her male friends for dinner, ordered lobster and crab legs and just ran with unsettled bill, Uproxx reports.

Lohan has had several brushes with the law in the past. She made nearly 20 court appearances and was sentenced five times.

Meanwhile, at the height of the rumors, the 29-year-old Lohan released a video teaser of her upcoming 2015 memoir on Instagram. The said tell-all book penned by the actress is reportedly something "deeply personal" and delves on her life, struggles and hopes.
