Foo Fighter's Dave Grohl Responds to Fans After 1000 Italians Played 'Learn to Fly'

Just last week, Italian Foo Fighters fans shook the internet by playing their favorite band's song "Learn to Fly" simultaneously which was participated by 1,000 musicians. The group called "Rockin' 1,000" made the video to convince their favorite band Foo Fighters to come over and have their concert done in Cesena, Italy.

The event was organized by Fabio Zaffagnini, a Foo Fighters fan with the hopes of reaching out for the band to play in their area Romagna, Italy, since the last time that they played in Italy was last 1997.

As per Befast Telegraph, after "Learn to Fly" was played, Fabio Zaffagnini made a statement saying:

"I guess this video is going to be seen by a huge amount of people all over the world, but to be true it's been conceived to be addressed just to five people."So to Chris, Pat, Nate, Taylor and Dave Grohl, the Foo Fighters. Italy is a country where dreams cannot easily come true, but it's a land of passion and creativity. So what we did here is just a huge miracle."

To the Casena fans delight, Dave Grohl, Foo Fighter's front man made a response via Facebook video which was reported in TIME stating:

"Hi, Cesena! I am David, hello. I'm sorry, I don't speak Italian. Only a little, a little. That video - but how beautiful! Very beautiful. Thank you very much [literally: a thousand thanks]. We are arriving [coming], I promise. We'll see each other soon. Thank you very much. I love you. Bye."

Foo Fighters have been in the music industry for the longest time. The band was formed in Seattle almost a decade ago, inspiring musicians and fans from all over the world which was founded by the Nirvana Drummer, Dave Grohl. And without a doubt Foo Fighters will most definitely be including Romagna, Italy in their itinerary for the years to come.
