The extermination/ ghost-busting team just brought out a lot of smile and happiness when the cast - Melissa McCartney, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones visited Tufts Medical Center in Boston. In full gear and carrying their proton packs, the Ghostbuster reboot cast visited the said hospital last Saturday amidst their hectic shooting schedule.
So sweet of these all-female cast!
Some patients even got hold of their gears and proton-packs according to EW.
Total awesome girl power to these four for the said visit, the hospital thanked the stars and from their facebook page and which was also from the article of Coming Soon, they wrote "Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center patients got a huge surprise today when Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones came to visit! Thank you for taking the time out of filming today to put a big smile on our patients faces!#WhoYouGonnaCall #Ghostbusters."
The hospital also tweeted, "Thank you #Ghostbusters stars @melissamccarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones for visiting today!"
This is just lovely.
While we're looking forward for the reboot of the "Ghostbusters" franchise. We can also see McCarthy playing in a comedy movie "Michelle Darnell" directed by his husband, Ben Falcone. While her co-stars Kriten Wiig is on "Zoolander 2" and also voicing over the character Hotdog Bun in "Sausage Party." Kate McKinnon is also voicing over in "The Angry Birds Movie" and Leslie Jones was just seen from the movie, "Trainwreck."
The "Ghostbusters" reboot movie is directed by Paul Feig who is also a known director of "The Bridesmaids," "The Heat" and "The Spy." The shooting took place in New York City and started last June 17, 2015.
The movie reboot also casts Neil Casey, Chris Hemsworth, Andy Garcia, and watch-out for the cameo of Dan Aykroyd in the movie.
"The Ghostbusters" reboot is set to be released July 22, 2016.
