Mike Huckabee Drops the Price of His Arkansa Home

Mike Huckabee is an American Author and politician. He was the 44th Governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007 and considered as one of the longest serving governors in his state's history. He was one of the candidates in the 2008 United States Republican presidential primaries. Now he is a 2016 Republican presidential candidate.

Zillow writen in its celebrity real estate news blog, "If Mike Huckabee's luck is anything like Donald Trump's, the latest price cut on his Arkansas home will do the trick."

Both presidential hopefuls have been trying to unload their homes for about two years. For example, Trump's penthouse in Manhattan finally went for $21 million after he decided to drop the price earlier this month.

On the other hand, Mike Huckabee's home outside Little Rock has a notably different price, as well: Now, it is reportedly listed at $674,900. He paid $525,000 for the home back in 2006, and first listed it in the year 2013, after he had reportedly built a $3-million mansion in the State of Florida. The Arkansas listing has been off and on the market since that time and the listing price reportedly started at $850,000.

Huckabee's home in Arkansas has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and measures 6,473 square feet. Moreover, the updated master bath features a walk-in closet, multiple-head shower and two large closets.
