Emma Watson will become the cover star of the September issue of the popular style and fashion magazine Vogue.
"Part of me relaxed after I took on that position, it gave me a sense of belonging and purpose," Watson said of her new role as a UN Goodwill Ambassador for Women. "Everything clicked in to place, in a way that it hadn't before. I understood what I'm here to do and knew where to channel all this energy that has been coming at me. I now feel this sense of peace. People say that I'm different since I did it," the actress added.
The 25-year-old British actress was in the news September last year after the video of the launch of the HeforShe gender equality crusade of the United Nations, where she spoke, became viral.
Watson debuted in the showbiz industry when she was still 10 years old. She portrayed the role of a know-it-all muggel in the hit book and movie series, "Harry Potter." "Harry Potter" fans all around the world have watched how Hermione, played by Watson, grew into a beautiful lady from a cute, curly kid.
A lot of changes have happened to Watson since she first became very popular as Hermione. She is currently attending Brown and Oxford University while continuing her acting career.
Watson said that she sometimes goes back on how or why she became famous. "It's something I've really wrestled with. I've gone back and I've quizzed my parents," Watson said on having acted at such a young age. "When I was younger, I just did it. I just acted. It was just there. So now when I receive recognition for my acting, I feel incredibly uncomfortable. I tend to turn in on myself. I feel like an imposter... It was just something I did," Watson added.
The September issue of Vogue will be available on the stands by August 6.
