Chris Brown selling his penthouse leaving neighbors overjoyed

Chris Brown is selling his West Hollywood penthouse following a number of arguments with neighbors since he moved in last year.

The 3,000 square foot space is selling for $1.89 million, almost $300,000 more than he paid for it last February.

The penthouse feature encircling windows in the kitchen, dining and living room areas, along with blond bamboo floors.

The singer was involved in a dispute with residents in the apartment block after they alleged he caused trouble by leaving his cars in disabled parking spaces, playing loud music, partying, and racing dogs up and down the hallways.
