Charge your iPhone, Yes, with those Skinny Jeans

Charging an iPhone 5, 5s and 6 (but not 6 Plus) from the wall socket or through a wireless device may soon become outdated. What's the latest? Pants-Charging!

Joe's Jeans, a leading denim brand which has had a great influence on fashion for the past 14 years, has recently introduced #HelloJean, and they were spotted by Mashable.

The pants, which costs $189, were specifically designed to enable women to charge their iPhones while inside its pocket. It comes with a special opening for a portable battery pack that will do the charging. However, the battery pack does not automatically come with the jeans. It can be bought separately for $49. The pocket has a USB cord hidden along the seams that connects the iPhone to the battery pack.

The iPhone 6 Plus, however, is not included because the unit will not fit into the "patent pending" pocket.

The #HelloJean line comes with four different styles, the Cecily, Aria, Regan and Kaila, and each with its varying color.

With this innovation, the iPhone 5 and 5s can be charged from zero to 85 percent, while the iPhone 6's energy can be replenished from zero to 70 percent.

The objective of coming up with this special kind of jeans is to save iPhone owners the trouble of bringing with them their charger wherever they need to go.

Joe's Jeans is actually not the first company to come up with a pair of pants that has a special purpose. I/O Denim Jeans also created a line supposedly for smartphones and Samsung Galaxy S models, where the pants come with a left leg pocket between the knee and the hip along the seam. Just last year, Nokia tapped designer Adrien Sauvage for the creation of trousers with wireless charging plates, but it was not released in the market.

For all the comfort and trend that the new #HelloJeans is offering, one thing should never be forgotten. And that is to remove its special components before washing your pants.
