Fans of the former One Direction star and "Black Magic" singer are left clueless on their recent split. However, a recent report alleging that Malik, 22, cheated on his fiancée of two years continued to swirl. According to The Sun, the newly single crooner cheated on his fiancée twice with a Swedish model beauty Martina Olsson in Phuket, Thailand in March.
"He didn't mention anything to me about having a fiancee. He was really flirtatious," the blonde jetsetter claimed back in March. The Swedish 24-year-old said that Malik told her he wanted her. "When he was taking me to bed in a gorgeous hotel suite overlooking the ocean, he didn't seem too stressed."
The model claimed that she and the former boyband member made out two times. According to her, she met the 1D star when he asked a security guard to pick her up while she was dancing at a nightclub in Phuket.
Another cheating incident allegedly happened when Malik was photographed holding hands with Essex girl Lauren Richardson in the same club, Entertainment Wise reports.
After the couple's breakup, a UK source told UsWeekly that Malik was a lucky guy for having Edwards. The insider added that the Little Mix singer had put to up with a lot of things in their relationship and her friends are just relieved that everything is over now between the two of them.
The breakup of the singers comes after Malik's departure from his former band One Direction. The estranged couple has recently purchased a £3 million house together.
Malik remained mum on the issue while the 22-year-old "Black Magic" singer has spoken out for the first time since they broke up. In a very emotional Facebook post, Edwards wrote, "Please know that this decision was never easy between the both of us but we felt that we had bigger things to focus on in our own individual lives. Zayn will always remain a close person in my heart."
Malik and Edwards got engaged in August 2013.
