The info is said to have come from a building and inspection permit secured by the site. The online publication further claimed that the construction "will give Garner a fresh start as she starts her life as a single girl again."

Besides the main house in the property, the estate also features various amenities such as a swimming pool with built-in hot tub, a tennis court, a spacious patio and a sprawling lawn fitted with slides and swings for the kids.
