Software giant Microsoft on Tuesday has revealed a new Xbox One 1 TB Limited Bundle Edition. The new bundle contains a Halo-themed Xbox One gaming console. The company has also announced that the Halo-themed Xbox One bundle is now available for pre-order for $499, a report from Tech Times said.
The recently announced bundle will be released on October 20, a week ahead of the slated global release of "Halo 5: Guardians" on October 27. The report said that the console contains various customized sound effects which players will be able to locate within the video game.
The bundle comes with a wireless controller which can be customized. The controller also features a similar design with that of the Xbox One gaming console. The wireless controller also comes with a 3.5mm headset jack.
The report added that gamers who are avid fans of the game's main character Master Chief will have to cash out $70 to acquire a green-and-gold controller inspired by the character's armor.
Furthermore, The Xbox One 1TB bundle will reportedly sport a Guardian model which was created by Metal Earth. Aside from these perks, gamers will be granted an access to "Halo: the Fall of Reach" animated series including Spartan Locke's Classified orders.
Windows Central, meanwhile, reported that the "Halo 5: Guardians" video game can be downloaded via digital download code. The said download will include a Spartan-themed SteelBook case.
According to Tech Times, game developer 343 Industries has emphasized that "Halo 5: Guardians" will be definitely bigger compared to the "Halo 4" video game. The company stressed that in "Halo 5" Guardians," some of the major issues of the previous game were already resolved.
"It's definitely, definitely bigger. And for some of the players in this audience, the games do seem to be getting shorter, but that's because you're getting much, much, much better at the game as well. And if you're like me, you're going to grab a Warthog and drive it places it's not supposed to go," said "Halo" franchise development director Frank O'Connor as quoted in the aforementioned website.
