Real estate firm Knight Frank has appointed Tony Nicholas, an equity partner of the firm, as head of the Global Corporate Services (GCS) EMEA team in London and Alex Hill as head of GCS Asia Pacific based in Singapore as it continues to strengthen its Global Corporate Services offering.
Knight Franks’ GCS teams are aligned with their US partner Newmark Grubb Knight Franks’ GCS business to offer a global platform operating under the brand Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services.
Nicholas’ portfolio includes working at Knight Frank for 25 years where he was head of the Knight Frank Bristol office which he joined ten years after setting up the Cardiff office in 1997.
He has experience working as both a broker and consultant for numerous occupiers, as well as being involved in a number of high profile developments throughout the country, giving him an excellent understanding of how corporates operate.
Nicholas now joins Andy Bugg, a partner in the GCS team in London, and moving forward will focus primarily on the UK and European markets, as well as Africa and the Middle East.
Hill has been appointed as the head of Global Corporate Services Asia Pacific for Knight Frank and will be in Singapore where he has been based for the last 13 years.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Alex was a regional director of Global Corporate Services at CBRE in Singapore where he was responsible for managing the provision of outsourced services to major accounts.
Hill will manage the region’s corporate services to further grow and strengthen our business and client relationships.
