Bill Cosby is facing a lawsuit for his alleged sexual assault to Judy Huth at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles while Judy was 15 years old.
Mr. Cosby has also been ordered to provide a sworn statement in response to Judy's complaint. This court order is the first time Cosby is asked to gives testimony under oath since his other deposition in a separate case in Pennsylvania nine years ago.The court released the order one day after the Los Angeles Superior Court judge took over the case last Wednesday which orders Cosby to submit to Judy Huth's lawyer's questions on a hearing this coming October 15 as well as Huth from Cosby's lawyer.
Huth recalls how she and Cosby have met through a common friend. She said that she met Coby in the park where the comedian was filming a movie. Cosby then invited her and her common friends the following weekend to his tennis club, and later brought to Playboy Mansion. The sexual assault started after Cosby put his hand down her pants and then "taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent." After almost four decades, Judy finally filed a complaint last December 2014 against Cosby's alleged sexual assault.
Gloria Allred, Huth's lawyer said that she expects to interrogate Cosby in his current location, Massachussets though exact place and time were not disclosed. The depositions pushed through when California Supreme Court denied Cosby's petition of reviewing the case in efforts to fend off Judy's lawsuit. In the past year, more than 40 women have come forward to tell the whole world that they, too, were molested, raped or sexually assaulted by the comedian after giving them drugs or alcohol. According to them, all these incidents happen in their younger years.
Martin Singer, Cosby's attorney, said that all of the allegations are false and defamatory. However, Cosby also faced a sexual assault lawsuit but later came into confidential settlement with Andrea Consrand, former Temple Universiyt employee and victim of Cosby.
