When the news broke that Jennifer Aniston is officially wed to Justin Theroux, every one was quite in shock with the surprise wedding. None of the guests knew that they're going to attend a wedding instead of Justin's birthday. We're all in awe by their wedding and love story, but where, when or how did it all start?
Their fairy tale started when Jen and Justin met and worked together in a comedy film last 2012, "Wanderlust." During the movie's filming, it was widely reported that Justin is still together with costume designer Heidi Bivens, his girlfriend for 14 years but rumors have spread that Jen and Justin were dating since the spring of 2011.
After her divorce with (ex) husband Brad Pitt in 2005, Jen dated John Mayer, model Paul Sculfor and Vince Vaughn. She was later seen dining with Justin at the Sunset Towers in L.A. last May 2011. They also went together at an MTV Awards after- party last June 2011. Justin was also spotted supporting Jen when she had her hand and footprint imprinted at Grauman's Chinese theater in Hollywood last July 2011. They were also together in London when Aniston promoted 'Horrible Bosses.' Though she was noticed to be dressing to match Justin, she firmly denied it and said that Justin has his own, great style.
The year 2012 has been eventful for the couple as they decided to move in together, vacationed with Ben Stiller, friend of both Jen and Justin, together with Ben's wife, and spent Thanksgiving with Jen's best friend, Chelsea Handler. The actress' love for her beau was openly demonstrated when she gave him a peck when she was awarded a star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood.
After dating for more than a year and a half, Justin gave himself a gift for his birthday when he asked Jennifer to be his wife. The succeeding years showed how elated Jennifer was as she bathed with Justin's love for her.
There have been reports and rumors that Jennifer and Justin's will take place or not which confused even their friends. After all the speculations and rumors, the couple made their union official in a surprise wedding ceremony at their backyard on Wednesday night. The couple's friends thought that they're going to attend Justin's 44th birthday but find themselves in the middle of a wedding which is pretty sneaky but cute.
