An NYC apartment featured in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada" is now available for rent for the price of $23,000 a month. It is a home of elegance and style.  According to a report by 6sqft.com, "The apartment at 56 Crosby Street, where Andy Sachs (played by Anne Hathaway) first meets the charming journalist Christian Thompson at an industry party." The featured home has two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The apartment retains the exposed-brick wall shown in the film as stated in a report by elledecor.com.

It comes complete with a working fireplace, Corinthian columns and 13-foot high ceilings. It also has its own elevator activated by a key. In terms of internal décor, this home has it all. Floor-to-ceiling windows are widely distributed all across the home. The living room has a chic décor that offers a cooling effect. According to a report by 6sqft.com, "The main room is distinguished by a custom-designed, stacked wood fireplace, as well as plenty of custom lighting." The kitchen features an industrial type-looking storage, extravagant appliances and conventional butcher block counter tops. The 3,700-square-foot apartment has a lot of open and wide spaces. It has the capability to contain even two different areas of the dining room.

The master bedroom is elegantly designed and equipped. It's furnished with a custom-designed walk-in closet and according to the listing, "It has a spa-like bathroom with marble counter tops and a soaking tub." The apartment has the style, the elegance and the posh home design. The price is just right for this elegant apartment. The apartment's location also adds value to it. It's located in the heart of Soho's Cast Iron Historic District. Not to mention that it is just a walking distance to the posh boutiques found within this posh neighborhood.

Despite being featured in the movie, it's still struggling to find owners and tenants. According to a previous report by ny.curbed.com, "It bounced on and off the market in 2009 and 2010 with an asking price of $4.495 million and no takers."
