Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock has put her 3-bedroom house in Austin, Texas up for sale for a cool $2.5 million.
The last time Bullock was in the real estate news was back in 2010 when the beachfront home she shared with then-husband Jesse James sold for $4.5 million.
The3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property features a wine cellar, in-ground pool, hot tub, and has wide views over Barton Creek and the downtown skyline. Other amenities include: walk in closets, fireplace in the master bathroom, cathedral ceilings, on-premises hiking and jogging trail.
Bullock is said to own houses in a number of cities, including New York, New Orleans, Jackson Hole, Tybee Island, Ga. and Montpelier, Vt.
